The quote engine returns an indicative estimate. Final pricing is confirmed in writing once wharf access, timing and scope are verified — and never increases without your written approval.

Do you charge after-hours or weekend loading?

Yes. Attendance outside standard hours attracts a 25% loading and weekend or public holiday work up to 50%, in line with commercial marine crew penalty rates.

Can I attach documents to my quote request?

Yes. Site plans, existing quotes, scopes of work, insurance certificates and photos can be uploaded with your estimate and our management team will review them before pricing is confirmed.

When do I pay?

Transport jobs are paid in full before dispatch. This is what allows operators to accept work with certainty and is why no job reaches an operator queue unfunded.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations outside 48 hours of the scheduled departure are refunded less any committed mobilisation costs. Inside 48 hours the vessel is committed and charges apply. Weather-affected jobs are rescheduled at no cost.

Do you only operate in Sydney?

No. We dispatch Australia-wide across transfers, freight, vessel relocation, marina advisory, drilling, dredging and equipment supply. Sydney Harbour, Pittwater and the Georges River are our busiest hubs.

Can you deliver freight to a private jetty?

Yes. Direct-to-jetty freight is a core division. Tidal access, crane requirements and load restrictions are assessed at quoting so the delivery window is realistic.

What does a marina site inspection include?

Structural and asset condition, electrical and fire services, WHS documentation, contractor and training records, and environmental and fuel handling — delivered as a written report with photographic evidence and a risk-prioritised defect register.

Are your operators certificated?

Every operator holds current AMSA and state maritime requirements, vessel survey, insurance and crew qualifications. Credentials are verified before activation and re-checked on expiry.

Complete the partner intake form on the home page. All fields are mandatory and you must attach your CV plus copies of tickets and certificates. We verify credentials within one business day.

Are there listing fees or subscriptions for operators?

Accepted Answer

No. There are no listing fees, subscriptions or lead charges. Jobs are paid in full by the client before they reach your queue and the net payout is shown on every notification.
