Event, wedding and VIP water transport

Passenger & Group Water Transfers

We dispatch survey-compliant passenger vessels Australia-wide for weddings, corporate functions, island transfers, crew changes and private charters. Every skipper on the network holds a current commercial ticket, and every vessel is matched to your passenger count, jetty access and sea state before the job is released.

Overview

Passenger movements are planned around the least forgiving part of the day: the berth. Before a vessel is released we confirm passenger numbers, wharf availability and booking windows, tide and swell at each pickup, mobility requirements, and the catering or beverage service the charter needs.

Every skipper on the network holds a current AMSA commercial certificate, every vessel is in survey for the passenger count it carries, and certificates of currency are issued to venues and councils on request.

How the engagement runs

Our process

  1. 01

    Brief & itinerary

You send guest numbers, wharves and timings — we return an itemised itinerary with realistic transit times.

  2. 02

    Vessel matching

We match survey class, passenger capacity and draft to the wharves in the run, then hold the vessel.

  3. 03

    Wharf approvals

Commercial wharf bookings, council permits and marina access are arranged where required.

  4. 04

    Operations day

A dispatch contact runs the movement live, with wet-weather and standby options already priced.

  5. 05

    Post-charter

Consolidated tax invoice, incident log if applicable, and a debrief for recurring programs.
