Structural, pontoon, electrical and fuel dock audits
Marina Site Inspections & Asset Audits
Independent marina and waterfront facility inspections delivered to commercial marine surveying and building audit standards. We assess structural elements, pontoons and gangways, marina electrical and fuel dock systems, and pre-handover defects — then issue a written asset compliance report with photographic evidence and a prioritised remediation schedule your insurer, underwriter or board can act on.

Overview
We inspect marinas and waterfront facilities the way an underwriter or a board wants them inspected: methodically, with photographic evidence, defect severity ratings and a costed remediation schedule.
Because we do not tender for the remediation work, the report is independent — there is no incentive to inflate or bury a defect.
